I really like old school traditional tattoos, this one is pretty scandalous but it caught my eye. I really like the roses and especially how they incorporated the white within the roses.
The only part I am not sure about is the wheel in the bottom... I'm not sure what the symbol-logy would be for that, but I'm also not sure what I would change it to either if I had a choice.
If I had a job and a more stable budget I would probably find myself with another tattoo... I would really like to get Grandpa Pigeons old swallow navy tattoo with "Merline" in the banner, maybe add some roses and a little more old school tattoo themes. I feel really sad I was unable to attend his funeral or have a chance to say goodbye to him, I still haven't really grieved even though I have tried, and I feel like a little needle pain would be beneficial.

I don't overall mind tattoos if they are tasteful and meaningful. I think that people are going a little overboard on them right now. They may be cool now but I have a hard time believing that having sleeves or neck tats are going to continue to be cool, esp when you are old. If it were me, I would stick to probably one.
i feel the same way about my mom.. lets go get ours together!
bwaha alright michelle lets do it.
Erin: you probably wont be liking me... i'll be getting pretty tattoo crazy I imagine.
I think you take things too personally. Just because I don't like a lot of tattoos doesn't mean I wont like YOU.
Just remember that these can have an affect on your reputation and your career. If I were you and you are hoping to be in medicine or another profession I would stay away from any visible tattoos. These can seriously hamper your reputation for job opportunities or patient rapport. I just hope people think about these things before they alter their bodies forever.

I didnt get offended at all, I was just teasin ya. Mindful I wouldn't get anything done unless I thought it was tasteful, and I would never do anything I couldn't cover up.
